PM² is a simple and easy-to-use methodology developed by European Commission for better project management and which can be tailored easily to the specific needs of any project, because its offers: · The Basic Guide for Project Management(PM² Guide v3.01, 2021) · Ready templates (such as Management Plans, Checklists & Logs) in English, Greek and 21 more languages · Auxiliary Material (Videos, Tools, Case Studies etc.) · Certification of multi-level knowledge about Project Scope, the schedule, the budget of the project but also how will we plan correctly for our project risks, project communication, changes, the outsourcing etc. of our project
The PM² preparation workshop (24 in class training hours & 6 asynchronous hours) does not simply reproduce the material for the certification exams, but it lays the foundation for understanding the PM² way of thinking through a combination of theoretical topics, exercises and by examining several real Case Studies concerning Security Projects. More specifically, the training will take place: – In the room of STEROPIS Global and consists of 3 consecutive days (0900-1600) – Asynchronous distance learning platform (LMS) for access to the teacher material (notes, exercises, case studies, quiz etc.) – Upon completion of the training the participants will be prepared for the PM2 Advanced certification exam.
The PM² Alliance’s PM² Advanced certification gives professionals evidence of sufficient technical knowledge of using the methodology for management projects, readability in their professional profile, but also new ones professional opportunities, both in Greece and abroad.
