The dynamics within the environment, that a security oriented company works, it is important and essential that there is an understanding in how the people who are put in charge, act and how the people who are to implement the instructions react and vice versa. This will assist in the concept of leading and be led. A candidate shall develop skills such as how to develop a leading perception and built effective teams, to design and built an organization culture, learn how to be adaptable and reflective, to foster and encourage behaviors and identify and manage perils that could derail your efforts
